This month in Ray White Now, we take a look at the factors you should consider if you’re looking to sell in the next few months.
While an interest rate increase may be off the cards for a while longer yet, restrictions to finance have started. In addition, a sharp rise in properties for sale are giving buyers more options. Both of these factors appear to already be slowing prices in some locations, although for now, this remains patchy. As we head into the new year, we also provide an outlook for 2022.
