Ray White proudly presents “Real Estate of Origin” a thrilling, network-wide appraisal drive and call-a-thon held three times a year. This exciting competition spans Australia and New Zealand, challenging our teams to secure as many property appraisals as possible within a high-intensity designated timeframe.
Celebrating Back-to-Back Success
At Ray White Carlingford, we are incredibly proud to celebrate our Sales Associate, Rumtin Abedi, who has achieved the incredible milestone of winning this competition two years in a row.
Rumtin attributes his record-breaking success to a relentless commitment to structure and discipline:
“Winning for the second year in a row confirms that a disciplined process actually works,” Rumtin shared. “I realized the outcome is decided before the day even begins. By organizing my strategy and removing the guesswork, I could be efficient rather than just busy. Putting in 12-hour days is about the momentum they build—you can’t predict every call, but you can always control the level of preparation you bring to it”.
What This Means for Our Clients
Rumtin’s back-to-back victories reflect the energy and dedication our entire team brings to the Carlingford community. When our team “doubles down” on their efforts, it means more homeowners receive the expert market insights and updated property values they need to make informed decisions.
